The firm was founded in Greenville, SC in 1985 and works predominantly in the southeast, on diverse projects in market sectors such as retail, office buildings, animal hospitals, worship buildings, restaurants and tenant upfits.
We pride ourselves on our technical expertise and are committed to exceeding our clients' expectations.

James Harvley, founding principal of the firm, has more than 30 years of experience in a wide variety of projects ranging from site planning to facility planning and construction observation. His expertise includes renovations and retrofitting existing facilities as well as developing concepts for new retail centers, churches and animal hospitals.
James is chief architect and project manager within the firm, providing the leadership for all disciplines involved in a project. His qualifications encompasses all phases of design management including marketing, contract negotiations, building analysis, building design, construction documents and administration. His experience with building committees, developers and government officials has projected a high degree of flexibility in architectural design with many different types of projects.
James was born and raised in Spartanburg, SC and graduated from Clemson University in 1977 with a BS in Design. He is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). He has resided in the Greenville, SC area since 1979. In his spare time, James dabbles in acting in TV shows and feature films.
